While your reproductive system tests were normal 15 years ago, a significant period of time has passed and your body has changed.

In Singapore, the law states that a case of women 45 years of age or older in licensed aid centers can only take place after a successful appeal to the Medical Services Director of the Ministry of Health on a case by case basis.

Conceive while tamoxifen

Most doctors would recommend that tamoxifen is avoided during pregnancy, and that effective contraception is used until at least two months after you stop taking tamoxifen.

Problems reported during pregnancy with tamoxifen use include vaginal bleeding, miscarriage, congenital malformations, and fetal death.

Furthermore, the long-term effects of tamoxifen and whether it can increase gynecological cancers in daughters are unknown.

In animal studies, the use of tamoxifen in pregnant mice has been associated with breast cancer in female offspring.
